America On Tech (AOT) is an early pipeline tech talent accelerator expanding access to technology careers for 16-24-year-olds from underestimated communities. Through no-cost education, mentorship, and career support, AOT equips young people from historically excluded backgrounds with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in the innovation economy.
