For Lineage, this production is both a celebration and a homecoming. Our 2017 production of Tick, Tick… Boom! helped launch our journey into producing musical theater, and nearly a decade later we return to the work as we honor the 30th anniversary of Rent—a musical that profoundly shaped our artistic voice and inspired last season’s powerful production. Reimagined as an intimate coffeehouse, this new staging blends Jonathan Larson’s unforgettable score with Lineage’s signature dance, creating an immersive evening where movement and music become one. Whether you’ve loved Larson’s work for years or are discovering it for the first time, this is a chance to experience the passion, urgency, and hope that continue to inspire generations of artists.
