The Seven Year Itch
We’re celebrating 100 years of one of the biggest icons of the silver screen – Marilyn Monroe – with a special screening of Billy Wilder’s hilarious classic comedy The Seven Year Itch. Laugh yourself silly with this beloved comedy of infatuation and infidelity starring Marilyn in one of her most-remembered roles (and dresses!). When his family goes away for summer vacation, a hitherto faithful publishing executive with an overactive imagination is tempted by an attractive new neighbor. With pitch-perfect delivery, and her effortless charm – not too mention her most notable pose on a sewer grate – it isn’t hard to see why Marilyn Monroe continues to captivate 100 years after her birth (as Norma Jean Baker) and over 60 years after her tragic death.
