RECKONING - A Short Play Festival

RECKONING features writers that illuminate, confront, surprise and delight audiences with witty and daring viewpoints on contemporary life. This festival of short plays reveals personal stories that explore complex social issues, clever and humorous commentary, and poetic meditations on what it means to be human.

The festival will feature the work of ten emerging and established writers. 8 playwrights, 1 poet and 1 short story writer, and includes 3 World Premieres and 7 LA Premieres.

Ticket Availability

Online (24 hours): TeenTix tickets can be purchased on The Wallis' website (click here) using code WallisTT beginning 24 hours before each show.

In Person (Day-Of): Tickets can be purchased in-person at the box office beginning at 12 pm the day-of each show.

2 for $10: Tuesday evenings, purchased in-person. A TeenTix member may purchase a $5 ticket for themselves and another person of any age ($10 total) for Wednesday shows at this venue. Always call ahead to plan for companion tickets.

The health and safety of patrons, our staff, and artists inside and outside our venue are a top priority for The Wallis, which is why we're requiring all patrons to provide upon entry proof of full vaccination, including proof of a booster shot, or a negative PCR test result within 48 hours or a verifiable Antigen test within 24 hours from your performance date, along with a photo ID.

Facial masks, covering both the mouth and nose, are still required at all times while within the venue. We strongly recommend wearing a N95 or KN95 mask, or double masking with a surgical mask and fabric face-covering.

The Wallis' health and safety protocols are also subject to change at the venue's sole discretion or in accordance with LA County and City of Beverly Hills regulations.
