Warren Beatty is the afterlife of the party in his delightful screwball comedy that he co-wrote, co-directed, starred in, and produced. The second of three adaptations of Harry Segall’s beloved stage play, this comedy classic is a touchdown. Joe Pendleton (Beatty) is a superstar quarterback on his way to the Super Bowl when a chance of fate leaves him dead after an accident. After a rookie angel realizes a mistake has been made, he pops him into the body of a murdered millionaire – much to the dismay of his wife and murderess. Now he’s got enough money to buy his former team – the LA Rams no less – and fall for the magnificent Julie Christie. Charming, effervescent, and poignant, this 197030s throwback was nominated for 9 Academy Awards.

Box office is open 90 minutes before showtime. Our video store is open daily and available to hang out in before and after most shows, depending on the showtime.
