Craftkin Family Workshop: A Fairy Throne of Your Own with Julian Rich

Ever wanted a little fairy throne of your own?  After a neighborhood tree walk and giving thanks to the trees, we’ll make own fairy chairs with upcycled wood. Using Evelyn Ackerman’s whimsical miniature creations, and Vince Skelly’s sustainable wood practice as inspiration, we’ll learn more about how to become more sustainable makers. Participants will also learn about beginner fabrication techniques and take their own fairy throne home.  

Craftkin Family Workshops are Earth-centered, rooted in ecologically conscious making and always offered on a sliding scale (pay-what-you-can).
